We are frequently told that our Gluten Free Traditional Plum Puddings taste amazing and don’t taste at all like they are Gluten Free!

Why? Well it’s simple. We don’t use rice like other companies do. We use gluten free flour and gluten free bread crumbs.

Generally when you purchase gluten free bread crumbs it is actually ‘rice’ crumbs. Rice crumbs are quite coarse and aren’t as light as bread crumbs. So, to make our Gluten Free Traditional Plum Puddings, we use real gluten free bread crumbs. The gluten free bread is baked, and then crumbed, so you get a deliciously light, melt in your mouth, taste!

Dried Mixed Australian Vine Fruit, Apple, Breadcrumbs (Gluten Free Bread, oven dried & crumbed), Suet, Eggs, Gluten Free Flour, Orange Juice, Alcohol, Sugar, Almonds, Spices and Salt. No added preservatives or additives.
