Our Christmas Puddings

Our Traditional Christmas puddings are lovingly made using only the very finest Australian fruit and ingredients.

These Australian ingredients are sourced from all over the country as well as locally on the Mornington Peninsula.

Using our secret traditional methods every Christmas pudding is expertly crafted to the highest quality. Every pudding contains nearly 70% whole fruit and with our strict attention to detail you can be assured of that traditional Christmas pudding taste!

Our traditional Christmas puddings are hermetically sealed to preserve and enhance the rich flavour and to keep the Christmas pudding moist. This allows us to completely avoid artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, ensuring that you can enjoy this sumptuous pudding knowing that there is nothing bad about this wonderful treat!

Our traditional Christmas puddings are both fully cooked and are ready to eat. To serve, we recommend use the traditional method of steaming the traditional plum pudding in a pot on the stove, although you can heat the Christmas pudding in a microwave if you wish to.

Tip: When serving your Christmas pudding remember to cut it with a very sharp knife or it will crumble.

Gluten Free puddings are also available, and they don’t taste gluten free!

Our gluten free puddings are also nut free. We have frequently been told these are the best tasting puddings. Why? It’s simple. We use gluten free flour and gluten free bread crumbs.

Generally when you purchase gluten free bread crumbs it is actually ‘rice’ crumbs. Rice crumbs are quite coarse. Instead we use real gluten free bread crumbs, the gluten free bread is baked, and crumbed, so you get a light melt in your mouth, taste! Just another example of the quality and dedication that we put into every Traditional Christmas Pudding here at Grandma’s!

We wrap the puddings in high quality festive, calico or black fabrics. They make a wonderful gift or centre piece in the lead up to the festive season
