The perfect accompaniment to our Vegan Plum Puddings
is this almond custard recipe!
INGREDIENTS
200g of almond milk
100g cold water
40g cornflour
40g sugar
vanilla to taste (½ tsp)
METHOD
Mix the water, cornflour, sugar and vanilla into a paste. Gradually
add the almond milk until combined then stir continuously over low heat until the custard thickens.
*add extra almond milk for thinner consistency
NOTE: You can find almond milk in your milk aisle at the supermarket.
