So simple but everyone loves it!

300 ml sour cream (I use Bulla, it's lovely and thick)
1 tbs brown sugar
30 ml Irish cream liqueur (add extra for a thinner dip)
Beat sour cream until thick again.
Add brown sugar and beat until dissolved.
Pour in Baileys and beat again.
Leave in refrigerator for a couple of hours until set.
You can serve this dip with any fruit that you like.
If you don't have Baileys, you can always try some Butterscotch Schnapps, Amarula Liqueur or any sweet liqueur you have on hand.
