Will tempt even the most stubborn of fussy eaters :o)
4 x chicken breasts
1 x 45g packet french onion soup
1. Place chicken breast in oven proof dish.
2. Mix the cream and french onion soup together and pour over the chicken.
3. Cover and bake at 180c for 30-40 minutes.
Serve over mash, rice or pasta.
Note: you can add sliced mushrooms or other vegetables to the dish by putting them on top of the chicken before you add the sauce.
