Mini Oreo Christmas Puddings

Inspired by the Kraft recipe for Easy Oreo Truffles.

300g (approx 36) Oreo Biscuits
250g cream cheese, softened
250g milk chocolate
70g white chocolate
Holly & Berries Christmas Edible Sprinkles (they can be found here)

Split the Oreo cookies in half and place in a food processor or blender. Process until you have fine crumbs.
Transfer to a bowl and thoroughly mix in the softened cream cheese.
Shape the mixture into one inch balls and place on a tray lined with baking paper. When finished, place the tray in the fridge to firm up.
Melt the milk chocolate and dip each ball into the chocolate using a fork and then place back on the baking tray. Once the tray is full, put the tray back into the fridge to allow the chocolate to set.
Melt the white chocolate, but leave it to set slightly as the chocolate cannot be too runny when decorating the balls
Remove the balls from the fridge, and using a teaspoon place some of the white chocolate (about half a teaspoon) on the top so it falls slightly down the side of the ball. Decorate with the holly leaf sprinkles.
Put the them back in the fridge to set.

When ready to serve, remove from the fridge about half an hour before and place in a bowl or on a serving platter.
