Vegetarian Rolled Oat Patties

Rolled Oat Patties

A recipe from my Auntie Robyn - Yummy!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1 large onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup plain flour

METHOD
Combine all ingredients and roll into patties.
Fry them in a little butter or oil till brown on both sides.

Once cooked you can remove them from the pan and pour a little gravy on each pattie
OR
Leave them in the pan, add the gravy to the pan and simmer a few minutes before removing.

Serve with a fresh salad or veggies.
